Paste what the customer sent you — the event in their words, a ticker, a contract symbol, or a Gemini link.

Look up an event to get started.
Kyle tells you what it is, whether it is open or settled, when it resolves, and what to watch out for before you reply.

An event is the question. A contract is one answer to it.
“Who finishes on the podium?” is the event; each driver is a contract. A customer never holds “the event” — they hold one specific contract, so always ask which one.
Every winning contract pays exactly $1. Every losing one pays $0.
That is the whole payout rule. What the customer paid is what they risked; $1 per contract is what they collect if they were right.
Open, closed, or settled — that decides your answer.
Open: still trading, nothing decided, no payouts. Closed: trading stopped, result not published, nobody paid. Settled: finished, result final, winners paid. “Where is my money?” means something different in each.
A percentage is a price, not a fact.
70% means people are paying 70¢ for a $1 payout. It is what traders think, not what Gemini predicts. Never quote it to a customer as the odds of something happening.
